You can pay your electricity bill by various ways. Either you can deposit your bill in the nearest bank, or pay it online by using related app on your mobile, or log in to your internet banking account and pay it.

Monthly Bill Subscription

If you want to receive your bill via email every month, you can subscribe. Enter your 14 digit reference number and email address, and you will receive your latest bill in your inbox every month.

Make sure to choose the correct DISCO from the companies dropdown list while you subscribe for the monthly bill email.

New Connection

Looking for new electricity connection? Let us guide you how you can get that. You can either visit the nearest office and get the application form, or you can apply online.

You will see an easy form where you can choose type of electricity connection, and in the Distribution Company list, make sure to choose the correct DISCO. Fill all other fields, upload scanned copies of related documents and apply for new connection.

New Connection Procedure:

Here are the steps to apply for new meter connection:

  1. Fill the online application form.
  2. Upload scanned copies of the following documents:
    • (a) Proof of ownership.
    • (b) Undertaking by the applicant.
    • (c) Power of attorney in case of more than one owner.
    • (d) No Objection Certificate (NOC) in case the applicant is a tenant.
    • (e) Attested copy of applicant's CNIC.
    • (f) Attested copies of CNIC of two witnesses (not required in case of single phase connection)
    • (g) A copy of concerned tariff duly signed by the consumer.
  3. Submit the application form.
  4. Get printed copy of the application form.
  5. Attach copy of all required documents with the application form.
  6. Send the application along with all attachments to the concerned office.
  7. You will receive demand notice after verification of documents.
  8. Now you have to pay the demand notice to the designated bank.
  9. Submit copy of paid demand notice to the concerned office.
  10. The meter connection will be installed after payment verification of demand notice.
